Jon Shell is a Pensacola native with a deep passion for real estate and a commitment to providing unparalleled service and satisfaction to his clients. He holds degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida, which have paved the way for his successful career in the industry.

With several years of experience as a solo agent, Jon recognized the importance of collaboration which led to the formation of The Shell Group, a dynamic partnership between Jon Shell and Michael James.

Outside of his real estate career, Jon loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He's an avid surfer, skater, and fisherman. Additionally, Jon works with a non-profit organization he founded called "Upward Intuition." This organization played a pivotal role in bringing the Blake Doyle Skatepark to fruition in Downtown Pensacola, the first phase of a larger linear park that will benefit the local community for years to come.
