Jon Shell is a Pensacola Native who graduated from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After several years of working as a single agent, Jon began to develop a vision for a real estate team. Knowing that it was imperative to maintain a high level of service to clients and consistently exceed expectations throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home, he realized that doing it on his own was not an option.

The Shell Group recognizes that time is our most valuable asset. That’s why we make it a priority to take the time to understand our client’s long term needs, goals, and dreams. Real estate is the vehicle through which these things may be attained. We find great satisfaction in being part of this process.

The Shell Group is made up primarily of Jon Shell and Michael James. However, we consider the lenders, inspectors, videographers, drone operators, title companies, surveyors, and contractors that we work with regularly a part of our team because those relationships allow us to add so much more value to our clients than we could on our own.
